HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS?
Our service fee for the complete set of plans costs about Php 150,000.00, all signed and sealed.
IF I COMMISSION YOU TO CREATE THE PLANS FOR MY HOUSE, WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU WILL NEED?
For residential projects, these are the information that we need;
CAN YOU GIVE ME MORE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PLANNING, DESIGN, AND ESTIMATION SERVICE?
On the said service, you can commission us to create a complete set of plan (all signed and sealed) that you will need for your projects. The said complete set of plan includes the following;
Note: In the case that you commission us for this service, a contract should be signed between the two parties before the commencement of the said service.
ARE THE SAID PLANS NECESSARY IF I WANT TO BUILD MY HOUSE OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING?
Definitely yes, under the law of the Philippines it is illegal to build or construct a house or commercial buildings without a set of plans signed and sealed by a licensed professional in the field of architecture and engineering. Also, it is an important requirement that is needed to acquire a building permit, occupancy permits, and other clearances which will be then approved by the office of the building official in the city or municipality where your house or commercial building will be constructed.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SECURE SUCH PERMITS?
The amount you will pay to secure such permits varies, but basically it will depend on the size of construction, the municipality location, and assessment plan.
CAN YOU HELP ME TO PROCESS MY PERMITS?
Yes, we can help you to process your permits to the city or municipality where your project will be constructed. However, we charge our clients a service fee* for that.
* Service fee can be waived in the case that the said project is awarded to us. To know more about the amount of service fee that we charge, please contact us.
IN TERMS OF CONTRACT, WHAT ARE THE MODES YOU OFFER?
We offer flexible terms of contract for our clients, you can choose between labor only contract or labor and materials contract. For the labor only contract, usually it cost 40% of the total construction cost. We also billed our client based on the accomplishment that we’ve made for the said project.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COST?
The total construction cost refers to the total amount of money that is necessary to build a specific project from mobilization up to finish, which includes the labor and materials cost for the said project. Please also be remindful that the costs for the plans are not included in the total construction cost.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGED PER SQUARE METER FOR THE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING?
There is no definite value for this matter; in fact the cost for the construction of a house or commercial building (per square meter) depends on the plan and the design of the said house or commercial building.
HOW ABOUT THE COST FOR RENOVATION?
The cost for a renovation project will depend on its assessment, thus we advised our clients that it is best if we can conduct a site visit so that our team can give them the rightful amount that is needed for the said renovation project.
DO I NEED PERMITS FOR RENOVATIONS?
Yes, even if you’re just renovating your house or commercial establishments, securing a permit is a must.
DO YOU ALSO ACCEPT MISCELLANEOUS WORKS?
Yes, we do accept miscellaneous works such as; tile installation, electrical installation, plumbing, painting, steel fabrication, and others.
HOW LONG IS THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD FOR A SPECIFIC PROJECT?
The construction period for any kinds of project varies. It is usually depends on the complexity of the design of the said project and other outside factors beyond the control of the contractor such as natural calamities.
ASIDE FROM HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL HOUSE, DO YOU ALSO CONSTRUCT A LOW-COST HOUSE?
Yes, we do also construct low-cost houses.
IS THERE A WARRANTY IN THE CONSTRUCTION?
Yes, we provide liability guaranty for our workmanship. We offer one (1) month retention period, which will start after the client’s house acceptance and moving-in.

- TCT or land title
- Your space requirements
- Design inspiration of you house
- Construction budget, and
- Time frame of when you need the said plan

On the said service, you can commission us to create a complete set of plan (all signed and sealed) that you will need for your projects. The said complete set of plan includes the following;
- Architectural plans
- Structural plans
- Electrical plans,
- Plumbing plans, and
- Estimation/ Costing (Bill of Materials)
Note: In the case that you commission us for this service, a contract should be signed between the two parties before the commencement of the said service.

ABOUT OUR BUILD NOW, PAY LATER PROGRAM
WHAT IS THE BUILD NOW, PAY LATER PROGRAM?
This program is intended to any individual who have already purchased a lot or a land in the past but currently short of funds to begin building their own residential house. Our team together with our partner bank can offer a solution and can arrange a financing that will cover significant amount to start building your residential house.
HOW IT WORKS?
In this program, you only shell out an amount of money from your pocket for down payment as an initial funding, and the rest will came from our bank initiated funding. The amount that will come from the bank is extended as a loan to you payable with an affordable interest rate of approximately 8% per annum. You can choose to pay from 1, 5, 10 or up to 25 years.
IS THERE ANY CASH-OUT?
Initially, we are requiring the client to pay an initial fee of about Php 150,000.00 that will cover the planning and design phase and a 20% down payment of the total contract cost. However, payments for the following are not included on the amount mention above, such as; building permit, occupancy permit, and other clearances.

Absolutely yes, you are free to choose your own design if you already have one. We can also help you to design your residential house, just describe to us your requirements/preferences and from there, we will design the project based on your inputs.

- Those who have purchased a lot and fully paid but the title is still for transfer, and
- With documented income (COE, ITR, Bank Statement)

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

- Certification of Employment (COE) + Payslip for the last 3 months / latest ITR
- Remittances Slip to the Philippines for the last 6 months (if based abroad)
- Latest statement of account and six (6)months proof of payment
- Photocopy of any government ID and company ID with three (3) specimen signature, including spouse if married
- If married, photocopy of marriage certificate
- Photocopy of appraisal fee payment – PHP 3,500.00
- Collateral documents (message us for more information about this)
FOR SELF-EMPLOYED
- Photocopy of business papers (DTI registration or SEC papers)
- Photocopy of latest two (2) years ITR with matched Audited Financial Statements
- Photocopy of latest six (6) months bank statements
- Trade reference (list of major customers and suppliers with contact numbers; at least 4 names)
- Photocopy of any government ID and company ID with three (3) specimen signature, including spouse if married
- If married, photocopy of marriage certificate
